Therefore, when plastic is machined, the cutting tools and corresponding cutting speeds used must be adapted to the characteristics of the plastic. The commonly used mechanical processing methods include sawing, shearing, punching, turning, planing, drilling, grinding, polishing, threading, etc. In addition, plastics can also be cut, drilled, and welded using lasers.
