The use of disposable plastic forks has brought convenience to modern fast-paced lifestyles and is widely used in fast food restaurants, school cafeterias, and event catering. Do you know how disposable plastic forks are produced?
The manufacturing process of disposable plastic forks typically includes four steps. Firstly, plastic raw materials, such as polypropylene or polystyrene, are transported to the factory in the form of particles or powders.
Next, use an injection molding machine to melt plastic particles or powder and shape them into a fork mold. These machines use high pressure and high temperature to force melted plastic into the mold, where it cools and solidifies into the shape of a fork.
After the fork is formed, it is trimmed and completed by removing excess plastic, smooth and rough edges, and adding any necessary details (such as brand or label).

Finally, the finished fork is packaged and shipped to the distributor, who then conducts global sales.
